Everyone was friendly and extremely nice. In particular, I want to say thank you to Augustine and Fran, who worked at the restaurant and bar by the pool. Fran even helped decorate for our friends birthday. They always went above and beyond to be extremely helpful and friendly.

all in all a very good holiday, our thrid stay. one. time at Rondo and two at miraflor. We will come again at miraflor - however this time we had one big issue, the noise from the hotel over the street, axel gay hotel, i think the name is - everyday playing very loud music whit very heavy bass sound... for 5-6 hours day and evening. Very annoying, because we come to relax . ------- And some suggestions from the kids: Could you have a slush ice machine next year? And Nutella in the breakfast menu ;-) Kind regards and see you in 2024 :-) Jørgen Fog Lihme

Hemos pasado 1 semana en el hotel, en todo incluido. Los +: el jardín del hotel es súper bonito, súper agradable, con animales. El personal súper simpático! Siempre con sonreís y cuidando a los niños. Lo que recomendaríamos mejorar: los bungalóws son un poco viejos, algunos obras podrían ayudar. La comida (especialmente el almuerzo) falta diversidad y opciones más sanas. Con el inclusive +, teníamos acceso al Sahara, es un poco mejor. El grill mejor también. Pero realmente con más opciones en las ensaladas, sería mucho mejor. Hemos pasado una semana muy buena, muchas gracias!

Wir kommen schon mehrere Jahre 4 bis 6 Wochen, es gefällt uns sehr gut hier. Leider müssen wir bemerken, dass die Gastronomie im Grillrestorant nicht mehr das ist , was es einmal z.B. in den letzten 2 Jahren war. Der Führungstil hat sich sehr , nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft verändert. Der Chef ?? des Restarants wollte uns erklären, das wäre schon 5 Jahre bei ihm so. Dabei war 2021 alle Verpflegung im Grillrestaurant und auch 2022 Grillabende immer sehr nett. Die Anmeldung und Getränkebestellung ,jetzt schon im Eingang des Restaurants, ist wie ein Überfall, ich kann mich da nicht mehr soooo wohlfühlen. Ich glaube es ist nicht so gut, den Versuch zu starten die Gäste zu erziehen. Das Personal, des Rondo und des Miraflor Ist ansonsten sehr nett und zuvorkommend, da gibt es keine Beanstandung und wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Wir sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit wieder hier. Und sind total begeistert. Die Anlage Top das gesamte Personal super freundlich. Sascha macht den Barbesuch am Abend zu einem besonderen Abend.. Was die Leute hier leisten ist sehr beeindruckend. Auch die Liebe zu Tieren, insbesondere zu den Katzen die hungrig zum Essen kommen und nicht verscheucht werden ,verdient grosses Lob. Nur die Schildkröten müssten mal sauber gemacht werden. Auch ein Auslauf in der Wiese wäre sicher schön. Denke wir als Schildkröten (Eltern) dürfen das sagen. 🤗 Wir kommen sicher bald wieder😊

Todo estubo super. La comida buena y variada, las instalaciones muy buenas, el trato del personal, casi todos, excelente!! Nayara del bar piscina buena niña! Y Kevin el cocinero muy amable. Muy atentos y estupendos ambos!! Tambien otro señor del bar, no recuerdo su nombre, bajito y calvo, muy simpatico! Las chicas de animacion, las de limpieza y recepcion muy bien tambien! El que no fue amable fue Sasha. Recomendaríamos que le enviasen en cursos de PR. O de atención al cliente.

Super gepflegte Bungalowanlage. Zimmer sauber, ordentlich und gutes Bett. WLAN sollte zumindest für 2 Geräte inkludiert sein und nicht teuer hinzugebucht werden müssen. Gesamtes Personal freundlich und nett. Einzig im Restaurant kommt etwas chaotisch rüber durch die unterschiedlichen Gäste mit AI, HP etc… Restaurant hat etwas von Bahnhofshalle. Essen aber vornehmlich gut mit immer großer Auswahl und für ein großes Hotel auch geschmacklich gut. Preis-Leistung soweit im Ordnung. Bei weiteren große Sprünge nach oben, passt dann aber der Standard im Bungalow nicht mehr.

Group of friends with small children. We had a wonderful time at the Miraflor Suites. The amenities and Animacion team were exceptional. The bar, restaurant and cleaning staff were fantastic. We had an amazing stay and have already booked for 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our second time at this nice hotel. I did spend my 60th birthday here and a big Thank You to the staff for the sparkling wine and the lovely chocolate. Luckily we still have another week of great stay in our bungalow. Thank you again for the great service.

Location is good. Bungalows are spacious. Garden with peacocks is beautiful. Interior is quite outdated. Mattresses could be better. Breakfast is good. Dinner is a hit or miss.

Wir waren zum dreizehnten Mal für drei Wochen im Miraflor Suites. Es war wieder ein toller Urlaub, und wir haben die Zeit bei euch genossen. Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grünflächen. Die Bungalows sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit schöner Terrasse und kleinen Garten. Das Buffet war sehr gut, gute Auswahl und schön angerichtet. Personal einfach nur top . Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub bei euch.

Gerade zurück gekehrt und ganz begeistert von dem wunderbaren Urlaub. Sehr saubere und ansprechende Bungalows,fantastische Zimmerdamen, große BüffetAuswahl (von kleinen Kindern bis feinen Gaumen ist hier jeder glücklich geworden), hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und das Gefühl, unkompliziert willkommen zu sein.Die Poolanlage ist perfekt und sauber und der Garten lädt einfach zum Träumen uns entspannen ein...Danke für die schöne Zeit!!

Myself and my wife stayed at these lovely bungalows 14th Dec for 4 nights I can't praise them enough the staff where all lovely and helpful the room was clean and the perfect location opposite the beautiful pool. We are vegan and although not the biggest choice of food that we could eat we always found something to eat. Having the peacocks and rabbits outside our room on a regular basis just topped this perfect relaxing holiday off. Die Bungalow-Anlage war eine Oase mit wunderschöner Bepflanzung, Tieren wie Pfau, Katze und Hase und einer tollen Pool-Anlage mit Grillrestaurant und Pool-Bar. Es war sehr erholsam. Zum Essen ging es nur über die Straße ins Hotel Rondo. Die Auswahl dort war sehr vielfältig und es war immer für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Abends konnte man auch im Grillrestaurant vorbestellen und dort essen.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable, el personal nos atendió muy bien, en especial Alejandro el maitre, que nos hizo muy amenas las comidas, solamente nos faltó algo más de animación nocturna, ya que acababa muy pronto, y cuando salíamos de cenar, ya había acabado el espectáulo. Super schöne Bungalow Anlage,top gepflegt und alles sehr sauber. Auch im gegenüberliegenden Hotel Rondo wo wir erst waren alles sehr sauber und geräumige Zimmer. Das Essen war sehr lecker und eine riesige Auswahl,wer da nichts findet ist selbst schuld. Wir hatten tolle zehn Tage und kommen bestimmt wieder.Vielen Dank auch an das sehr hilfsbereite,freundliche und super Team des gesamten Hotels wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Another fantastic stay at the Miraflor Suites. Amazing stay from check in to check out. The bungalow was perfect, set among beautiful gardens which are always blooming. The pool spotless and staff at the poolside bar friendly and attentive. The animation team was exceptional and our 2 little ones had a wonderful stay filled with face painting, bingo, laughs and most importantly the Mini Disco ;-) A standout night was the animation's team production of "The Greatest Night". The restaurant and its staff were accomadating and friendly and the selection and taste of the food at all meals was excellent, hats off to your amazing chefs. We are already planning our trip fpr next year and we cannot wait. See you soon :-)

Este fin de Semana Santa ha sido espectacular en este hotel, desde recepción, limpieza , cafetería y piscina, el director siempre estaba presente en todos los actos del hotel un 10 a este señor, los camareros profesionales y amables, trato especial a la limpiadora de mi habitación, al camarero del pool bar y a la chica amable graciosa y profesional la vigilante de la piscina un 10 , felicidades por el trato a todos y la limpieza impecable.

Hemos viajado con toda la familia y lo cierto es que nuestra estancia en los bungalows ha sido de lo más agradadable. Estaban en un recinto cerrado, por lo que nuestros peques podían corretear con tranquilidad por los jardines de alrededor. El régimen de media pensión también ha sido muy completo y, en nuestro caso, tanto los desayunos como las cenas nos han gustado mucho. El personal, en general, también ha sido muy amable con nosotros.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Top Lage ! Die Studios / Bungalows sind sehr modern eingerichtet und verfügen über alles was benötigtwird (herdplatte, Kaffemaschine, Microwelle, TV, Klima usw). Das Essen und die Getränke sind sehr gut (Jedoch könnte das Essen etwas Abwechslung gebrauchen ) . Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es wohl Probleme mit dem Geschirrspüler, denn wir hatten einige Teller die noch verschmutzt waren. Aber so so sonst war alles super 👍. Das PUB ist eher etwas Trostlos eingerichtet, hier muss unbedingt etwas getan werden ! Der Barkeeper Kevin sorgt dafür das man sehr lustige und angenehme Abende an der Bar hat ! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel buchen !

En datos generales a sido una estancia correcta, salvo en el comedor. Hay que estar un poco más pendiente de la gente a la hora de preparar la mesa, a la hora de las bebidas. Yo, en particular, me he tenido que levantar más de una vez, después de llevar un buen rato sentado, y que nadie se acercará a preguntar lo que quería beber durante la cena.

Super Hotel, freundliches Personal, saubere Pool- und Hotelanlage. Habe nur die Brötchen zu bemängeln, die sind leider sehr hart und die Duschvorhänge in den Bungalows könnte man mal austauschen gegen etwas höherwertigere Duschvorhänge.
