We stayed with 13 people, divided over 7 rooms, at HL Suitehotel Playa del Inglés from Friday, December 5th to Wednesday, December 10th. What immediately stood out to us was the extremely friendly and helpful staff – truly everyone! We felt genuinely welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The food was fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of variety. Combined with the excellent price, this makes HL Suitehotel Playa del Inglés a hotel we are very happy to return to.

We are clients that come 10 years to the hotel. We always had a room on a high floor as we prefer and request for. Now We had a suite on the grondvloer with no vieuw. Thx to Lucy who could give us room 810 after 2 days. That made our holiday perfect
