The Alma Gaia project, conceived over several years by the visionary businessman Don Lorenzo López, owner of prestigious hotels in Gran Canaria and Lanzarote, has come to life to reflect his deep passion for fine gastronomy and quality wines.
The story of Alma Gaia is a journey that goes back to the longing of Don Lorenzo López to bring a little piece of his native Galicia to the Canary Islands. This dream has materialised in the bodega restaurant Alma Gaia, a space that transports its visitors to an authentic Galician bodega. This project is the result of a lifetime of dedication and a unique vision that has become a reality.
Wine Cellar
Alma Gaia's wine cellar is a treasure trove for wine lovers, with a wide selection of national wines that invite you to explore different references or enjoy exclusive bottles from any corner of Spain. Our cellars house more than three hundred references of Spanish wines, guaranteeing a unique and exquisite experience.
