Waterpark brilliant for the kids . You can eat and drink at sister hotel. Great holiday . We were lucky weather wise 1st day was dodgy cool and v windy but was lovely after that except 5 mins on the mountain that had a hailstone shower. Enjoyed so much im going again on 7/3/23 to 16/3/23 CANNOT WAIT 🏜

Big pool, not heated in winter. Mini club available with drawing and painting in winter time. Lots of food available to please all. Spacious accomodation but the beds and beddings are not modern. The towels have holes. The lifeguard provides suncream and towels, which is great. However, he only speaks Spanish so I had to use the Spanish I learnt at school. Evening entertainment starts at 21h30 for one hour, but due to limited spaces I recommend that you arrive at 21h. I recommend the walk to the beach. It is great to burn calories. Once there, the view is amazing. There is a surfing club offering classes to adults and children in town, which I really like.

The staff were very friendly, everyday we had stuff to be doing around the pool and at night near the bar!
Food unbelievable, plenty of choices and flavour! Hospitality 10/10 !
Sure recommend and sure will be going back !

We have just spent 10 days at the hotel with our 2 older children (11 & 16) there was so much to do for children of all ages, the animation team were fantastic especially Jason who’s enthusiasm was infectious. Daily fun and games and evening entertainment. The rooms were beautiful from the outside so pretty, and clean and spacious inside with everything you need, the cleaners came daily with fresh towels.
The food was delicious, always something different and good for fussy kids. The theme nights were especially good with lots of variety.
Staff were all friendly and polite and always willing to help. Bar and pool staff were just as nice and always getting involved in the fun. We would defiantly 100% stay here again

Just got back from a week stay here - absolutely loved it. The bungalows are lovely and clean. They have everything you need - tv with English channels, fridge, kettle etc. We booked all inclusive and really glad we did! All of the meal times had so many different options, including several vegetarian choices. The snack bar in the day time by the pool was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the all inclusive drinks!
The staff were really friendly and approachable. The pool was clean and a good size.
The activity staff were brilliant and worked so hard putting on fun things for the kids and adults to do during the day, there was also evening entertainment which included bingo night, quiz night, karaoke and circus skills. All very good to watch with a nice cocktail!
It was also lovely to see there was a “cat house” for the many cats living in the area, we saw lots more of these cat houses out and about. It’s nice to see them being cared for and fed rather than treated as pests.

We stayed at this excellent venue from 4 June 2022 until 15 June 2022.From arrival until leaving we absolutely loved it. The bungalow was great (No 709), the facilities were brilliant. The food was varied, lots of choice, the swimming pools were of a good size, and although we didnt have any children with us, the facilities and entertainment for children were first rate. Would like to mention one particular member of staff, SAM , who was on the reception desk most days. She was so helpful, particularly when I had a problem with my phone, and was always cheerful, obliging, and like the rest of the staff made our stay a happy one, thank you Sam! A wonderful place to stay, good location, will definitely go there again. Thank you Club Playa Blanca. Sue and Gerry Perkins.

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday in Club Playa Blanca. The bungalows were beautiful and peaceful, cleaned every day and set in lovely gardens. We were beside the enclosed soccer pitch which was great for our boys to play in. Breakfast and lunch was great ,so much choice and also lunch was served at the pool bar. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to Playa Blanca and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We've recently returned up from a 1 week stay here, 4 adults and 4 children. We absolutely loved it! Have never been to lanzarote before but so glad we chose this complex to stay at. Staff were welcoming and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. We were able to check in earlier than expected as our room was ready early which was a bonus but until then, we were able to store our luggage away and enjoy the food and amenities as soon as we arrived. The food was good, plenty of choice. The bungalows were beautiful and the cleaners came everyday except for Sunday. We had towels replaced each visit. Would definitely stay here again, would highly recommend.

We have just come back from a weeks holiday, it was fantastic, everything was easy.. food plenty of variety all day every day. The bungalows were perfect and very clean.
The staff everywhere where always helpful, if we had any problems they sorted it out immediately.
I would highly recommend this for families or couples. It was perfect.
My only small grumble was other holiday makers putting their towels on the loungers from early in the morning, I feel the hotel should take them off iif no one is using them after an hour.
We will be back.

Hôtel nettement tourné pour un séjour familial avec un personnel disponible et professionnel.
Nous avons apprécié un beau jardin et un joli décor en général. Le bungalow pour 3 adultes est spacieux et bien aménagé avec une odeur agréable en entrant.
Seuls inconvénients n’empêchant nullement un séjour relaxant sont une eau un peu froide dans les piscines au mois de février, un restaurant pouvant être bruyant et pas d’annonce à l’avance des animations de la semaine.
Ceci dit, la restauration est variée et plutôt de qualité.
Le bungalow offre un espace de vie très calme avec un patio isolé pour plus d”intimité.
Le petit centre ville de Playa Blanca est rapidement accessible à pied ainsi que les plages.
Le directeur de l'hôtel, qui est français, est tout aussi dévoué que son personnel au bien être de ses clients, n’hésitant pas à mettre la main à la pâte.
En somme, un premier séjour à Lanzarote plutôt réussi avec des paysages et des habitants qui méritent le détour.

The entertainments team were friendly but the nightly entertainment was very limited (clearly limited budget). There were far too many children running about late in the evening which had an impact on our groups holiday enjoyment. Children should have been asked to stay away from the evening entertainment unless they could behave after the mini disco. There should have been more dancing rather than the animation team singing many of our group found it unentertaining. when they did get outside entertainment in it was great and everyone enjoyed it. Well done cleaning team the place looked immaculate at all times.

The food is ok - nice fruit and salads in particular. You have an issue with your dish washing. Often the plates were not fully clean which is unacceptable and off-putting. The cutlery is old, cheap and I was concerned if they were fully clean too. Also the noise of the trolleys in the dining room was deafening. The staff in the dining room were not trained to ask how the food was or to smile and be pleasant.
A few hopefully constructive comments but overall we had a great stay,

Food was lovely, had different themed nights for food Mexican, Italian Chinese. Buffet breakfast had English sausages children ate which is a first. Beans that were nice. Food for lunch at pool bar was repetitive but what children wanted to eat. Never known our oldest eat so much on holiday. Staff were all lovely. Hotel probably bit quieter than usual due to Covid. Only negative comment is the pillows lack of only given one very soft. Other than that had a great time. Also they do a free bus to beach can walk down to beach and shops in 15 -20 minutes x

Only complaints were about the room. The front door had a gap in the top so the bedroom doors rattled so had to keep them open. You had to keep making sure the front door was shut, went back several times after cleaner had been and the front door was open.
The bathroom door gets stuck on the tiles when you open it. The shower doors don't shut properly so shower leaked. And the seal on the door was broken so also leaked. The shower didn't drain well and the room smelt of sewage most of the time we were there.
Everything else was good. Staff nice and friendly, Dani the entertainer was brilliant. Location was good. A bit more choice with food would be nice . Overall would stay again.

Todo perfecto menos el horario de cena. Teniendo en cuenta que este año vamos muchos españoles y cenamos más tarde y la situación geográfica del hotel. Esta al sur de la isla y la gente que va a lanzarote le gusta ir a visitar lugares. Si que los sitios turísticos cierran a las 18h pero si vas como yo por la mañana ya llegaba tarde a comer y saliendo a las playa o algún otro sitio después de comer y una ducha. Salía a las 17h y si vas a la playa vuelve pronto para ducha y poder ir a cenar. Cada día cerraba os el restaurante en la cena. De 19 a 22 sería mucho mejor o dejar una zona de comida como se deja en piscina durante el día y así si alguien llega tarde almenos tiene unos franfurt o hamburguesas.
Pero como e dicho
Todo perfecto. Ya estube en el río playa blanca y ahora en este y estoy encantado y la comida genial. Solo este pero en el horario. Gracias por todo. Saludos

La nourriture est correcte et des efforts sont fait avec un thème différent chaque jour même si ça pourrait être mieux en terme de qualité. Cela reste convenable pour de la restauration à volonté.
L’accès au centre de Playa Blanca se fait facilement à pieds (avec une poussette dans notre cas) en 15 minutes.
Globalement nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour, dans un hôtel avec un prix raisonnable.

The wine is undrinkable and everyone we have spoke to has been doing the same as us and buying our drinks in the supermarket. We gave spent a fortune buying food and drinks out. Tonight we had booked a Mexican night, we got offered a hamburger, steak or chicken what on earth is mexican about that. I had chicken that turned up with warmish chips and cold carrots.very disapointed.

We (2 adults and 3 children) have just returned from a week's holiday at the HL Club Playa Blanca, our second October stay here in 2 years.
The location is very good and the food/restaurant service is excellent. The hotel accommodation in small villas is very good and to a good standard, with good maid service.
Evening entertainment was hit and miss with some very good evenings and some mediocre, (the karaoke evening was cancelled due to IT issues and the acrobats didn't turn up)
The pool and pool bar areas are very good, but let down in places by the pool side paving, which is falling in to disrepair, with a few loose tiles and in places can be very slippery when wet.
We find the hotel to be very good value for money and once again, we have really enjoyed our holiday and would stay at the Club Playa Blanca again.

From the start, check in smooth for 2 adults & 3 children 9-13, apt was fine cleaned every day & lovely to sit at in the evening A big plus for this resort is the big pool deck with everyone gathered around it Animation: Lots of inflatables and games to be played with the Animation staff doing a superb job, water volleyball, archery, soccer, various other games & an amazing Olympics around the pool Stefan and staff Selena, Jim & Leo were great fun & made friends with everyone
Food: Yoday the head chef does a superb job, theme nights are the best Japanese night being our favourite. Hysap and staff Chantal, Jean Paul, Starling, Esther work hard to clear the tables They are all hard workers & under Hysap’s direction they really try to excel in Customer Service.
An absolute GEM is Eduardo the head barman at the pool bar.
*The biggest asset for the resort is unquestionably the staff *

Currently staying at HL club and staff are very good , However not happy about the the following, months ago I emailed hotel and asked would it be possible to have my sister (mrs webb) and her family stay beside us as we are all holidaying together . My sister arrived on the 19th and asked again and then I arrived on the 21st and asked again. we were told as the hotel was fully booked it was not possible to accommodate our request but they could put us on same row ! Cannot understand this as we requested in loads of time . Also on the 21st I informed reception there was a baby’s cot in our room that we did not require and they said it would be removed next day with housekeeping, but it’s still there today so I just folded it away , out of the way . Then this morning my sister asked for a clothes drying rail for outside her bungalow and 4 extra pillows, 1 for each of her family but unfortunately when we returned tonight , they were not here . Also light not working outside our apt!

Das Hotel hat sehr gute animationen und einem wird nie langweilig. Das Essen schmeckt und alles ist sauber, und die Anlage sieht traumhaft aus. Nur weiter zu empfehlen 👍🏻

- more variation in the ice cream flavours. It is always the same, but in HL Paradise Island they had similar ice cream but with other flavours (e.g. orange)
- other snacks for the children: it was always hot dogs or hamburgers. How about chicken nuggets and fish fingers
- make the Dino Waterpark included for all guests. It's definitely not worth paying about 20 Euro per person, since it's small and old (the other water parks are looking much better and are bigger). In the Dino waterpark on the big slides think about allowing small children to go together with an adult on the slide, this is very common in other countries.
- the tiles/stones near the elevator on top level are very slippery when it rains, although they look nice they're quite dangerous

A truly amazing hotel. I have booked directly with the hotel and was welcomed to my room with a bottle of sparkling wine and some fruits and cheese, which I thought was a very nice touch.
Rooms are maybe somewhat basic though there's everything you need in there with pretty comfy beds, which is probably the most important thing as you don't go to a place like Lanzarote to sit in your room all day 😉
Staff could not be any nicer and more helpful even though they all seemed under a lot of pressure, especially those working in the restaurant.
Food was delicious with lots to choose from every day, so you can be sure there will always be something there that will tickle your taste buds.
Pool area was also well maintained, nice and clean with loads of sunbeds to choose from and some form of entertainment throughout the day.
A 10 min walk will take you to a local beach, restaurants, shops etc.
All in all I've had a truly amazing time there - would go back in a heartbeat.

The food in the restaurant is in 1 word GREAT !!!!!!! If jou cant find someting for your taste jou should to open your eyes . The restaurant crew seems te be under a lot of pressure and thats why the friendlyness is sometimes not as good as shood be .
For your animation team i have 4 words . YOU ARE THE BEST !!!! Charlie, Kazu and Annica was such a pleassure everyday to see you arround and to see the pleassure and fun in your eyes doing a great job . Shame they give you of on sundays .....lol. (Sandra and Amelie love jou guys )
Overal we had a great holliday thanks for all the good time.s fun and pleasure .
1 minus point is the waterpark . Is old verry bad maintained and for our opinion way to expensive.

The house also fine( just shame the smallest room was without airco and beds- matraces were not so comfortable). But the animation team ( Charlie, Kasu and Anica)were great, especially Charlie. He is super and you can feel , he likes and enjoy his job 😉👍. I hope we come once back again. Big thanks to all of you, we really enjoyed our family vacation 👍.

The animation team were absolutely incredible especially Charli! They just made all the activities so fun and made the day so much more enjoyable. Het animatieteam is geweldig en bied de mogelijk om mee te doen met diverse activiteiten. Het park is mooi groen aangelegd en ook erg Fijn dat alles goed toegankelijk is met de rolstoel. Voor zowel volwassen en kinderen is er genoeg te doen en vermaak voor iedereen. Het enige nadeel is dat de wegen bij regen erg glad zijn en dat de lift het daardoor niet deed maar bij navraag werd hier direct actie op ondernomen. Het is fijn dat ER genoeg ligstoelen bij het zwembad zijn en voldoene Ruimte om spelletjes te apelen.

The hotel is really colourful with plants everywhere which makes you feel like you are somewhere tropical and there is always an activity to take part in.

Gued hotel dat in een mooi park met cactussen is aangelegd. Rustig gelegen teen last van verkeer. In Januari geweest waarbij de temperatuur erg aangenaam is met een lekker windje dat niet koud is. Hotel kamer ziet er netjes uit. De plastic stoelen bij je kamer mogen wat beter bijv. Een kussentje erin. Het restaurant heeft een diversiteit aan eten. Zowel brood als warm. Alleen het warme gedeelte MAG wat heter. Koelt gauw AF. Het hotel bied diverse mogelijkheden aan excursies die erg intersant zijn en goed te betalen zijn. Het animatie team is erg goed met zowel activiteiten voor zowel jong als oud. Wordt leuk gegeven en erg enthousiast . Elke dag iets anders. Hotel ziet er verzorgd uit. Wordt goed onderhouden .

his is 3 rd year at this hotel and its a good as ever, the staff are great the mánager is very good if you have problem the manager is good at sorting things out, food good entertainment could be better , the placer is getting renewed next year so be awesome placer, resorte is nice for familys and couples not younge ones ,need few more entertainment un the day time, buses to 2 other hotel which you can use.

We hit with our feet several times loose tiles and it even caused some bleeding.
I also think that WiFi should be free on the whole complex and not paid (as we did).
Above was the reason that I gave a 3 star for services.

Wir waren vom 07.06 -15.06. 2017 in der Anlage, die Anlage liegt Super , 6 Minuten vom Busbahnfof entfernt, der große Eingangsbereich, lädt direkt zum Urlaub ein.
Durch die nette Begrüßung beim Eischecken fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause.
Der Bugalow, war groß , geräumig und sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man benötigt um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Essen gibt es in Befüttform, für jeden etwas dabei, das Personal, was wirklich viel zu tun hat, war immer freundlich, ( trotz Stress). Man muß nur wissen das es sich um eine Clubanlage handelt, also viele Familien, das heißt aber auch, es ist laut, uns hat es gar nicht gestört, obwohl wir keine kinder haben, und im gesetzten Alter sind. ( für Menschen die Ruhe haben wollen , eventuell nicht das Richtige. Der Kleine Ort, bietet viele Lokale sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir werden nächstet Jahr auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, und dort unseren verdienten Urlaub zu verbingen.
Hiermit nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter, macht weiter so.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, excellent value for money, the facilities are good for adults and children, the entertainment is nicely balanced for both grown ups and the little ones. We went all inclusive and found a huge range of mouth watering exciting food catering for everyone's needs. Some Evening meals were themed with ongoing entertainment giving it that extra special touch. I felt and saw the staff had lots of enthusiasm and high standards of customer care. AlLL the staff are a credit to the hotel who went the extra mile making sure we had fun and well looked after while we were there. A big Thank You for making our holiday special and memorable... we will be back soon.
