Bonito hotel familiar, donde el personal es educado, agradable, rápido y predispuesto ayudarte, desde el recepcionista hasta el servicio de limpieza. Para mi gusto se deberia fomentaria más el turismo nacional ya que el turismo extranjero deja bastante que desear, me gustaría saber si los turistas ingleses son tan mal educados en sus hoteles.

Es el único HL que nos quedaba por probar en Lanzarote. En general todo muy bien, eramos dos familias con niños. La comida muy bien, las pizzas de las noches supercaseras y ricas. La comida de zona piscina muy basica pero bien. Notamos un poco flojo el tema de la animación y las noches enfocadas solo a los extranjeros, lo vemos logico por una parte porque son el 90 % de sus clientes pero al menos dirigirse a los españoles. Los camareros del comedor muy educados, nunca una mala cara, muy bien, destacaría u señor moreno algo calvo, no recuerdo su nombre.pero era con difernecia el que mejr lo llevaba todo. PAra nosotros en esta cuación lo peor fue el servicio de limpieza en la habitacion, fue casi inexistente, de hecho un dia no pasaron a limpiar, y no era un miercoles. Las terrazas exteriores ni se barrian, y los vasos que quedaban en la mesa de la terraza, ahi quedaban.. Pero repito, que en general, la experiencia muy positiva. Saludos

Acabamos de salir del hotel mi mujer, y nuestros dos hijos. La experiencia ha sido fantástica por el insuperable equipo del hotel. Desde la recepción donde te ayudan y asesoran en todo lo que necesitas, pasando por las camareras de piso (la andaluza super simpática), y un especial agradecimiento a Luz, siempre con una alegría y atención excelentes y una mención muy especial a Abraham que desde el minuto uno te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa, siempre atento y dispuesto a todo lo que necesites y siempre con una sonrisa y la mejor profesionalidad ¡Gracias por tanto! La habitación, la piscinas y el parque acuático son un disfrute. Un lugar maravilloso para disfrutar en familia y totalmente recomendable. Volveremos muy pronto.. muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo por vuestro cariño!

Our last day here at HL Paradise Island and our 2nd Christmas with the HL crew. We have been here for 2 weeks and yet again, have had an amazing holiday. And we have rocked the mic on more than one occassion. Huge shout out to the fantastic team who work tirelessly to make the stay one to remember! Individual shout outs to both Kristina and Storm, for entertaining the younger children at kids club every single day, to Mr Motivator (our nickname) for aqua gym and endless dancing and to our all time favourite barman Abraham for having the most awesome personality and award winning smile. Un trato muy agradable del personal del hotel. Rocio en el servicio de camarera muy simpática. Facundo el socorrista muy agradable y Gonzalo en recepción muy atento y resolutivo. Las instalaciones muy bien sobretodo el aguapark , aunque mi hijo hecho en falta un mini golf... La comida muy buena y la relación calidad precio muy buena. Muy recomendable. Para la playa hay que andar 15 minutos para ir con los niños... pequeños un taxi por 4 euros...ambiente agradable y amistoso. Un buen lugar para ir en familia .

Great place for a family stay. The hotel offers some interesting daytime activities and the pools and water slides keep the children very happy. There's a decent variety of food, including plenty of nice fresh fruit and healthy options. Our boys enjoyed the pool tables, mini basketball and arcade games in the evenings. We like the quieter location, not being right in the centre of town, but an easy walk away. We loved walking straight from the hotel up the volcano - amazing views and a lovely free activity to do for all the family! There are loads of beautiful places to explore nearby - Timanfaya, Papagayo Beach, Janubio salt flats, El Golfo etc.. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here late June this year and just about to book again for next June, fantastic place, food great very clean and my kids aged 10 & 12 loved it, water park is fantastic and the pool bar is excellent. First time holidaying here with family of 7 and we loved every minute, food was amazing (you never go hungry or thirsty) they really make an effort. Al lthe staff were friendly , the pools and slides were fantastic kids loved them. Lovely hotel, staff were pleasant to deal with. Rooms cleaned 6days a week with fresh towels ect. Pool towels provided by the hotel on arrival and mid holiday change. Restaurants and pool bar gave excellent choice each day and night. Entertainment by pool 6days a week. Dino Park was great, not busy at all no waiting time. Hotel a little far out but 4e in taxi. We had a great time.

Our 10 day stay was excellent. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The pools are spot on and the water slides were a hit with the whole family. Our room is fairly basic but clean and comfortable and plenty of space for a family of 4. The food is non stop. There is always plenty to eat. Lots of salad and pasta based dishes and pizza and chips. I'm vegetarian and the choice was OK.. but be wary, occasionally what the label says is not accurate. The location is stunning, with mountain views. The most local beach is beautiful and a 30 min walk. The beach is yellow sand and had a few shops and bars. There is also a free shuttle bus that runs to a beach about 15 min drive away which is also yellow sand and stunning views. Great for snorkeling. The one disappointment is the lack of entertainment in the evenings. There is a kids disco and karaoke but nothing specific. Great stay and I'd definitely come back.

Everything was good and it's our 3rd time at the hotel. The only thing it sould be improved is the snacks bar with more variety and refill. At 4pm you just don't have anything to eat and always the same thing and at 5:30 every thing is alredy stored. Should also invest a little more on pool animation and publicity of shows and events. But beside that is a very balanced hotel.

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable. Personnel attentionné, disponible à tous les niveaux de fonction. Buffet très varié, copieux, appétant, correspondant aux habitudes alimentaires des touristes. Si le restaurant est bruyant car l'hôtel accueille essentiellement des familles, donc avec enfants, il y a la possibilité de prendre son repas en terrasse, plus calme. Il y a même des Eco-cup, réutilisables, des poubelles de tri-sélectif. Cependant, être en vacances en formule "tout inclus" ne signifie pas "je ne fais rien, je ne me préoccupe de rien", et d'ainsi laisser trainer à tous vents des objets qui devraient finir dans les nombreuses poubelles. Une façon d'avoir une attitude éco-responsable, respectueuse, et cela même en vacances. Cela n'est pas la majorité, et c'est tant mieux. Nombreuses visites de l'île, voire d'autres iles, au départ de l'hôtel, organisées, Playa Blanca est une station balnéaire propre, qui risque à court terme de devenir une immense station balnéaire, dommage.

I highly recommend this fantastic hotel! wonderful and friendly service. Perfect for families with children. Our younger son is allergic to dairy products, there was no problem with his diet, he had a lot of choice. I admire the service for perseverance and empathy. thank you for a wonderful time! see you again. the only thing I don't like are people who can't get up from their sunbeds and throw the rubbish into the bin! it's disgusting to mess around with themselves. But apparently that's what they do at home and on vacation.

I am currently into my 2nd day here @ HL Paradise Island, Lanzarote, it IS my 3rd time holidaying here at the resort. I think that speaks for itself. I’m a single mother here with my 9 & 11 yr old Sons. There is nothing I can fault at this resort. It really is second to none, it scores an 11 out of 10 (+ more) on every level from the accommodation, the evening entertainment, the pools, water park, restaurants, maid service, cleanliness, and all the staff are beyond amazing! They provide so much to make your stay so easy & effortless, on-site laundrette, pool towels, irons, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries, fruit hamper, water & bottle of sparkling wine on arrival in your apartment. The best hotel ever! Very kind and helpful service. Everything on time what it's my priority. Cleaners, waitress, cooks, receptionists, bartenders, maintenance staff all of them are great and do their job with high standards. Hotel was tidy and had many attractions for kids and adults. Food was amazing: the choice of dishes and desserts were unbelievable. My family enjoyed a lot and we already miss the place. Special thanks for Reyes who helped to sort out problem with Internet and booked diving for decent price. Highly recommend!

The only improvement we could see would be to make the "baby" pool (with the small slides) in the water park heated. The cold water limited the time children played before feeling cold.

We have stayed in nearly all of the All Inclusive Hotels in Playa Blanca, and this one for us, (2 adults and 2 children aged 12), was super! The food was great, always something for everyone to pick from, the water park was amazing for the kids (and the adults!), and although the hotel was full, we always managed to get a sunbed over at the water park area. The pool bar area was a really nice place to sit and people watch, whilst having a nice cold drink of Cava or Beer. The staff work really hard to keep everything as clean as possible. All in all, for what we paid for this holiday, it ticked all of our boxes, and we would definitely return.

Tag 'DND' need to be made of better quality or need to be something different than handle tag. Twice we have putted 'please DND' both times room service enter the room as the tag was blown off by wind. Also I would like to mention that there should be dedicated area for electric scooters as as the moment they are parked randomly even between the cars where one of them fall down on aur rented car blown by wind making damage on it.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Habitaciones bonitas, terraza amplia. Hotel para familias muy acertado un gran Aquapark. Comida cena y desayuno perfectos. A media mañana y a la tarde picnic en la zona de piscina, el de la tarde se podría mejorar un poco. Personal del hotel muy correcto y agradable, a destacar la amabilidad de Reyes la recepcionista que siempre le sacaba una sonrisa a mi hija. Sin duda ninguna volveríamos a repetir. Overall I really enjoyed my holiday. Staff are excellent. I would like to give two small recommendations. 1, It would be convenient to have a small table next to the tea and sugar table at breakfast so there is somewhere to place the cup when unwrapping tea bags and sugar etc. 2. It would also be convenient to some small milk jugs at the milk station / cereal bar to use for tea or coffee etc. Just some ideas but overall you guys are doing a fantastic Job.

En general todo la estancia fue muy agradable, el personal encantador empezando por la receptación .Lo que deberían de controlar es la piscina central ya que notamos descontrol con las hamacas, y estaban siempre los mismos clientes y muy sucia esa zona. Nosotros ni se nos ocurrio quedarmos en esa zona de resto genial la chica y los chicos del parque acuático geniales siempre atentos con los niños.Y la comida y servicio de restaurante para todo el trabajo que tenían muy bien.

Very nice hotel, Dino park and slides are great, a bit of a walk to town centre but complimentary hotel shuffle helps a lot. I was surprised how good the food was and I’m as well as my family quite a fussy eaters. We had lovely stay.

Une semaine en famille au top! Des employés et une direction très sympa et professionnels, aux petits soin des clients. Des mesures sanitaires vraiment rassurantes, un seul restaurant ouvert vu que l hôtel n'était pas rempli mais de quoi satisfaire le plus grand nombre (il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts). De grandes chambres très agréables, et un parc aquatique dont les enfants se souviendront longtemps! En bref, une semaine vraiment genial dans un cadre magnifique, une belle île qui vaut le détour!

Hotel con instalaciones espectaculares sobre todo para niños. Piscina tambien muy bonita para adultos. Pero agua extremandamente fría tanto en las infantiles como en la más grande, lo que nos condicionó muchísimo los baños. Apartamento reformado espectacular. Limpieza general de la habitación simplemente aceptable ya que pasan todos los días menos miércoles pero es una visita muy rápida y a distintas horas. Comida buena, sobre todo las paellas y los desayunos. Toallas de piscina sin fianza y con cambio por otras limpias dos veces a la semana. Amplia zona aparcamiento fuera del hotel Repetiría sin dudarlo con mi familia. Gracias por una semana genial.

We had a great time, the hotel is very well managed, the staff were all polite, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant's had a good selection of food. Our only negative comment would be that the snack bar food, by the pool was too cold to eat. The swimming pool and Dino park were very clean and well maintained. The grounds and gardens as well. The whole site is very clean and well looked after. We would defiantly recommend HL Paradise Island to friends and family. Thank you for a great holiday.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Piscinas cuidadas y la limpieza bastante buena. Nuestro pero es que el bufet de las comidas y cenas es muy similar aunque esta todo bastante bueno. Y lo que menos nos ha gustado es que los horarios y animación están muy orientados a i ingleses. Con discoteca infantil a las 20:30 o cenas a las 19:45 o sino te tienes que ir sin que acabe el espectáculo de los niños para poder llegar a cenar porque acaba a las 21:30 el servicio de cenas. Igual deberían adaptarse ellos un poquito más a nuestro horario que nosotros al suyo.( mi humilde opinión). Camareros geniales. Muy serviciales . Just finished a week here with my wife and 13 year old daughter. Anyway, WOW, what a great complex for the price. Been to Lanzarotte a number of times over the last 15 years and this complex is now top of my list. Rooms are spacious, modern and kept very clean by the friendly maids. (Ask for a first floor apartment as they are a little more private with a large terrace off the living room and small terrace off the bedroom). Activities going on most of the day around the pool for the kids, loved the club pool dance, “shine on”, and more activities every evening. All arranged by the fun, friendly “hands-on” hotel kids club team. Food was exceptional with LOADS of choice for all tastes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The whole complex and pool area kept very clean and tidy. Hotel staff again, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. 5 stars from us and without doubt will be staying here for our next trip to Lanzarotte.

Hello there!Me and my partner have been in this Hotel for 1 week! The 1st impression we had about it was good. The room (small apartment) is nice globally speaking. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchnet and a balcony.The hotel is a small resort composed by many blocks, and each one with 4 small apartments. The cleaning is good but not excellent has we can expect from a 4 stars hotel. The staff is kind and disposal. The hotel is well located, about 1 km far from Flamingo Beach in Playa Blanca. We can take a bus to and from the beach to hotel, but we do it easily by feet. We not advice this hotel in August, because it is full, kids are everywhere, i.e. pool free space just in dreams.The same with aqua park.It's allowed the Kids to bring their inflatable toys to the pool, it's a mess. Food tastes good but is always the same everyday, there is no diversity. The rules about using toals to reserve pool chairs are clear but only in paper. Animation team is so shy that seems to not exist.GL

Hemos estado del 28/06 al 04/07 con nuestros hijos de 7 y 3 años. En general, toda la estancia ha sido buena y agradable. El personal genial, ninguna queja, todas las personas con las que hemos tratado muy amables y serviciales. Sólo tengo dos puntualizaciones que hacer a modo de crítica constructiva: - la comida muy repetitiva, - y que estaba más bien orientado todo para los extranjeros, desde los carteles a la animación. A veces, no daba la sensación de estar en otro país. Aún así, sería un hotel que recomendaría para ir en familia. Los peques y los no tan peques hemos disfrutado mucho con el parque acuático. Hotel enorme, muy bien organizado, la comida muy aceptable y el precio también. El personal muy agradable y eficaz, salvo una chica flaquita en el bar de la piscina, que fue muy desagradable dos veces seguidas sin necesidad ninguna. Las piscinas estupendas. El bus que acerca a las playas, una gran idea. En conjunto, muy bien.

While holidaying for a week with a friend I found the hotel room to be really clean with a big balcony the cleaners do a great job with the rooms. The food is amazing with so much choice one of the waiters is really nice funny and helpfull. Night time entertainment is mainly for children and could be better but can't complain as the kids seemed to enjoy the night and day entertainment thr bar staff are good Cezer the bar man is great quick and is always smiling. The beds are comfy the pools are clean and you can take a short walk to the sister hotel down the road I would defiantly return

Nous avons passé 1 semaine au sein de l'hôtel, honnêtement les photos ne rendent pas justice à ce magnifique hotel. L'hôtel est sublime, on est bien situé et les repas sont plutôt bons. Le personnel était attentionné et bien veillant. Nous aurions apprécié avoir à disposition des plateaux pour prendre des repas au bungalows car le restaurant est bruyant mais c'est normal. Nous y reviendrons avec nos enfants car c'est vraiment familiale. Petit plus des photographes sont présent dans l'hôtel et franchement superbe boulot. Par contre dans une chambre pour couple avoir deux lits simple et pas confortable était très désagréable. Sinon Vraiment ravie de notre séjour magique. a l'année prochaine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4(2 adultes et 2 enfants) début juillet 2018. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Une qualité au niveau des repas ainsi qu'un large choix. Les transats autour de la piscine sont vite pris mais il y a toujours de la place autour des toboggans. D'ailleurs le personnel qui surveille est très consciencieux on peut y laisser nos enfants en toute sécurité. La plage n'est pas adjacente mais des navettes nous y dépose. Personnel à la réception très agréable et professionnel.

Hôtel moyen dans son ensemble. Comprendre par 4 piscines : une petite piscine pour le nombre de vacanciers et une pataugeoire enfants. Les repas c'est une cantine améliorée très bruyante avec strictement la même chose pour les desserts à tous les repas pour toute la semaine! Animations : n'avons rien vu! Un conseil essayez de trouver un autre hôtel!

Nous sommes venus début mars pours la 2e fois et nous n'avons pas été déçus! Tout le personnel est très compétent et agréable. Les chambres sont vastes et propres. Les loisirs et la nourriture permettent de faire plaisir à toute la famille. Merci pour tout.

I had a fantastic holiday my only fault was I think the slushy and ice creams and the mattress for the sun beds u shouldn't have to pay for them the holiday was expensive my mum had spinal surgery a little while ago and had to sit on a hard bed but other than that it was great my 2 childern loved it I would defantly come next year thank u for a great holiday

Hemos estado entre la semana del 7 al 14 de agosto de 2017, por nuestro caso en particular tenemos un hijo alérgico a montones de alimentos y como cada vez que salimos de casa llevamos una incertidumbre por las distintas comidas que pudiese ingerir. Debo de dar las gracias infinitamente a todo el personal del hotel y destacar la labor de Sandra (subdirectora) incansable en atenciones a nuestra familia, no tengo palabras de agradecimiento a esta chica, y destacar la profesionalidad en su trabajo, como decimos en nuestra tierra " no se le caen los anillos" lo mismo la veía en labores de coordinación que la veía dando ejemplo con una escoba, recogiendo platos o calmando el llanto de un niño, profesionales así se hechas de menos. Mil gracias por todo.

Stayed in this hotel April 2017 and what can i say ..beautiful bungalows loads o space ...patio area table and chairs .sitting area TV ect .dinning table nice little kitchen bath with hairdryer bed room with two single beds couldn't complain food lovely plenty to choose from Alcholic drinks great ..two other sister hotels about 15min walk between each other and can use them all . booked to go back next year April 22nd 20118 for our honeymoon

Estuvimos desde el 25 de Abril al 4 de Mayo de 2017. Una estancia especialmente agradable en todos los sentidos. Bungalow prácticamente nuevo y muy bien dotado, con dos terrazas exteriores y sobre todo, muy tranquilo y bien insonorizado. La cocina, buffet, desayuno, comida y cena, buena y muy variada. Todos los empleados del hotel, sin excepción, muy eficientes y agradables en el trato. La verdad que no hay nada negativo que resaltar ¿ que la mayoría de los clientes son ingleses ? Normal en esta época y sin problema alguno con los españoles. Es un hotel familiar de parejas con niños pequeños sin ningún tipo de molestia para personas mayores como nosotros dos. De escoger un bungalow, mejor el de arriba y en las calles adyacentes a las zonas de recreo y piscinas, mas tranquilos. No nos importaría repetir, francamente, hemos estado muy bien.

Apartamentos con una decoración moderna muy cuidada. Comida variada, en las cenas también especialidades italiana, asiática. Ambiente agradable y familiar pero todos ingleses. Estupendo el parque acuático para los niños y actuaciones entretenidas después de la cena (exhibiciones de pájaros exóticos, reptiles, bingo y naturalmente música. Eso sí, todo en inglés ). El personal muy dispuesto para cualquier problema, aunque una de las chicas de la recepción sabia tanto de español como yo de inglés, menos mal que el resto me entendía (extraña sensación de sentirme extranjera en mi pais.El precio que hay que pagar por ir a sitios tan turísticos ). Resumiendo estancia muy agradable pero no encontré ningún español alojado.

Me alojé en el hotel junto con mi familia y un grupo de amigos en el mes de mayo. No podemos decir nada malo del hotel, fue todo fantástico, desde el primer momento, en el que nos recibieron con una gran sonrisa, hasta el último. Las habitaciones están recién reformadas, están muy limpias y las camas son muy cómodas. El restaurante está muy bien, disfrutamos muchísimo sobre todo, de la comida mexicana. Sin duda es un hotel muy recomendable.
